10th year birthday celebrations !

As we are now entering our 10-year anniversary (how did that happen!). We would like to thank you all for supporting us over the years.
It seems like an awful long time ago that myself, friends and family were all frantically building furniture and tradesmen were cleaning up hours before our opening.
To mark that date of the 25th September, we are going to do something I have wanted to do for many years with an extra special tasting menu evening.
This will be held over 2 consecutive Thursday evenings on Thursday the 25th and Thursday 2nd October
(which is a date that is close to my heart).
Numbers will be limited, and it will be the only menu we are offering on these days.
As it is a series of carefully curated small plates we cannot cater for specific dietary requirements, although we will try to adapt some dishes if need be.

£50.00 per person with a deposit of £20 per person, payable at time of booking or 2 weeks before.

Lobster croquetta, rhubarb kimchi mayo
Vine tomato, tamarind and buratta wanton
Char sui pork belly with pineapple jam

Orkney king scallop, dashi cooked celeriac, puree and oyster leaf

Pork cheek slow cooked in Vietnamese pho spices, puffed rice and herb salad

Treacle and teriyaki Deeside venison loin, BBQ squash,  crisp “chip” terrine, aged parmesan

Lemongrass and rum savarin with mango and coconut
*
Dark chocolate and coriander seed marquise, miso caramel and  brambles
