We are open our usual hours as well as Monday 23rd and Christmas eve -12.15pm-9pm (last food orders 7.15pm)
Christmas day and boxing day – Closed
27th to Hogmanay – Food served all day from 12.15pm-8.15pm, and open till late.

Come and celebrate the festive period at The Stack!

From Friday 1st December, come and join in the festivities with friends/family/colleagues.
We will be offering our regular menu, featuring some of our most popular dishes as well as a selection of festive specials and drinks using the best, locally sourced produce. All the dishes below will be incorporated into our regular menus.

Fixed Price Option available until the 23rd December

For parties of 8 or more that prefer to stick to a budget there is a fixed price 3 course option*:
Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday– £34.00 per person
Friday and Saturday -£38.00 per person
* Please note that for all parties over 8 we require a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person .
Pre-orders are advised for parties of 8 or more.

BBQ teriyaki pigeon breast

stornoway black pudding croquette, elderflower and gooseberry compote and plums

Smoked golden beetroot

aged feta, hot heather honey, fig and toasted sunflower seeds

Main Course

Maple and orange roasted Turkey breast

ragout of sprouts, herb roasted potato, skirlie and traditional garnish

Pressed brisket of beef

braised in treacle and burnside brewery beer with butter mash, dripping pickled carrots

Roast pork belly,

apple braised cheek,celeriac and apple puree and hassleback potato

Baked fillet of lemon sole filled with prawn mousse

saffron and prawn bisque, crisp potato terrine

Pumpkin tortellini

in wild mushroom cream with chestnuts and parmesan

Christmas spiced sticky toffee pudding

with rum caramel sauce and scottish tablet ice cream
